The book has 10 chapters. Each chapter deals with a particular aspect of the Act. While writing this work, we have not consulted any book on the subject and have gone by minute study of the RTI Act itself and important judgments of the Supreme Court, High Courts and the CIC. We have also incorporated provisions of important O.Ms. issued by the Government of India. Guide on the RTI Act issued by the DOPT in 2013 has also been given in the book.
